How to Choose a PABX Supplier in the Philippines
A PABX system is only as good as the supplier behind it. Here's what Philippine businesses should evaluate before committing…
What we supply
Most quotes cover the hardware and stop there. A phone system is the system, the devices, the way calls are routed, and somebody to fix it. We do all four.
Cloud or on-premise
Cloud suits most offices: less hardware, easier remote working. On-premise still wins where the internet is unreliable or the system has to stay in the building. We sell both, so the recommendation is not decided by what we happen to stock.
How a switchover runs
The cutover is the part that worries people, and fairly so: a missed call is a lost customer. Ours runs the same way every time.
We look at what you run now (lines, handsets, how many extensions, who answers what) and what is actually wrong with it.
We recommend cloud or on-premise based on your building, your internet and your call volume, then put it in a written proposal so you can compare it properly.
Provisioning, configuration and cutover, scheduled so the changeover does not land in the middle of your busiest hours.
Moves, adds and changes handled by the same team that installed it, with one escalation path.
Deployed
We supply QIMA Philippines with Hong Kong DID numbers, VoIP call termination and SIP connectivity, so the number a caller dials is local to Hong Kong while the team answering it is here. Read the case study.
Vendors we supply
The phone systems and handsets behind the installs we run: supplied, configured and supported end to end, with local stock and local hands.
