Product Support Engineer

Job Qualifications:

– At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills.
– Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System or equivalent.
– Graduate of IT course or related experience.
– Must have good communication skills.
– Must have good work values and a team player.

With experience on the following:

– Firewall, Networking, VoIP Telephony, Security products implementation/supporting.
– Windows Systems Administration (AD, Exchange, SQL Server, Sharepoint, Microsoft 365).
– System Administration with virtual or software defined environment.
– Network & Security Admin.
– Server/Storage training or supporting.

With background on the following:

– Security & Anti-Virus Tools
– Wi-Fi Network
– Voice Over IP (VoIP)
– Cloud Computing
