Product Support Engineer

Job Qualifications:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills.
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System or equivalent.
- Graduate of IT course or related experience.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have good work values and a team player.

With experience on the following:

- Firewall, Networking, VoIP Telephony, Security products implementation/supporting.
- Windows Systems Administration (AD, Exchange, SQL Server, Sharepoint, Microsoft 365).
- System Administration with virtual or software defined environment.
- Network & Security Admin.
- Server/Storage training or supporting.

With background on the following:

- Security & Anti-Virus Tools
- Wi-Fi Network
- Voice Over IP (VoIP)
- Cloud Computing
