QIMA Philippines operates from the Philippines while needing to be reachable on Hong Kong local numbers. We supply the Hong Kong DID numbers, the VoIP call termination and the SIP connectivity behind them, so the number a caller dials is local to Hong Kong, while the team answering it is in the Philippines.
The challenge
Operating from one country while serving customers in another creates a simple but stubborn problem: people expect to dial a local number. International calling also has to be dependable: a dropped or poor-quality call on an inbound enquiry is lost business, and stitching numbering, termination and support together from separate providers leaves nobody clearly accountable when something goes wrong.
The solution
We provide Hong Kong DID numbers and route them across our own VoIP infrastructure, with SIP-based connectivity into QIMA's environment and call termination handled on our side.
