Product Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the team’s overall performance in achieving revenue and profit goals.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate team members to ensure the attainment of company objectives.
  • Ensure that monthly sales targets and profit margins are consistently achieved.
  • Manage and monitor Account Managers’ fieldwork schedules, leave requests, and attendance.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review team activities, sales funnels, and address issues or opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support business growth.
  • Organize semi-annual planning and team-building sessions to strengthen teamwork and morale.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Personable, confident, dynamic, and results-driven leader with a strong sales mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proven experience in managing teams.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Telco or IT Sales.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.
