Account Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities

– Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
– Drive sales by promoting and selling company products, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
– Address and resolve client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.

Job Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Personable, confident, goal-oriented, and highly driven in sales.
– Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
– Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales or a related field.
– Willing to travel as needed for client meetings or business opportunities.
